Group fitness classes at All That & Jazz! are a great way to get in a workout, take advantage of the time your children are at the studio, and have FUN working alongside your peers.
Our current adult fitness schedule and class descriptions can be found below. We offer a FREE trial for all first-time students. After your first class, the drop-in tuition is $10/ class.
No pre-registration required! Come when it is convenient. We can't wait to see you in class!

Parent and Child Yoga- Expect all the same benefits as a regular yoga class! Work on breath control, focus, and increased flexibility and strength as you move through yoga poses alongside your little one. Perfect for parents and children looking for a little stress relief and a FUN activity to do with their child!
WERQ Dance Fitness- WERQ (pronounced "work") is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout based on pop and hip-hop music. Be prepared to work hard, have FUN, and get a great workout. All fitness levels welcome.
Barre Class- Barre classes mix elements of ballet, pilates, and functional training to deliver a great workout! You may be making small movements... but we promise you will see BIG results. All fitness levels welcome.
